     1. Client Support
Principals are responsible for providing Market Metrics’ clients
with an exceptionally high level of support, consistent with our
value proposition (see Client Value). Principals present our
research findings, meet with senior executives to discuss
implications of our research, and respond to client inquiries.
Principals are also responsible for deepening existing client relationships and developing new ones.
 
     2. Research Design and Implementation
Principals work very closely with Associates and Analysts to
execute our current studies (see Studies) and to launch new
studies. Principals are ultimately responsible for the design,
execution and implementation of all research.
 
     3. Firm Management
Principals play an active role in the day-to-day management
of the firm, including employee career development and
operational support.

In order to support our strategic growth, Market Metrics is seeking Principal candidates with a background in strategy consulting and client relationship management, as well as a strong fit with our culture and values.
