Associates are primarily responsible for becoming subject-matter experts in one of our studies. They then use their expertise to both manage the study internally and deliver value to our clients through in-person presentations and ongoing support.

Principal is the most senior role at Market Metrics, with responsibility for setting firm strategy and maintaining client relationships. It is ideal for candidates seeking an entrepreneurial leadership position who have a proven history of developing lasting client relationships. Principals present our research results to the most senior executives at client firms and facilitate strategic discussions of relevant implications. Given the client relationship responsibilities, Principal candidates must be driven to succeed in a multiple-stage, extended selling process.
